For potters in Lebanon\, this is more than just a workshop -it’s a rare and transformative chance to learn directly from a true master of the craft. Emeric’s ability to blend technical precision with artistic expression is nothing short of inspiring\, and his passion for sharing knowledge is as profound as his skill. \nKey learning objectives:\nThrowing a base for the pot and adding thick coils to build up the walls\nThrowing the base and learning the techniques for large pieces\nTechnical drawing of the pot shape to be made\nPiece trimming and finishing \nwhat to expect:\nAn intensive\, hands-on workshop designed to refine both your technical ability and creative process. Participants will have the opportunity to observe Emeric’s large-scale throwing techniques step by step\, followed by guided individual practice. \nThroughout the sessions\, you will:\nLearn how to plan\, draw\, and construct complex forms through technical sketching and proportion studies.\nMaster the process of throwing a solid base and progressively building up height using thick coils.\nGain confidence in handling large amounts of clay and maintaining wall control and symmetry.\nExplore trimming\, joining\, and surface finishing methods that enhance both structure and aesthetics. \nEach participant will receive personalized feedback and technical support to help them push their practice further.
